There are no limits at all. In as much as the business is in existence, new ideas and innovations will always come up, this gives way to the business or individual to either upgrade an existing App, or develop a new one to serve a purpose.
It is generally believed that app development is quite expensive, is that true?
I think it all depends on how complex the app is, and also depends on the bargaining power of the party involved. But, I know it is quite cheaper to make an App in Nigeria, than what is obtainable in other developed countries.
