We Have Lost A Committed Progressive In The Person Of ADOLOR
OKOTIE EBOH – Dr Cairo Ojougboh
The demise on Saturday of a former factional Chairman of
Delta State APC; Chief Adolor Okotie- Eboh, aged 64, an American trained Pilot,
has been described by Dr Cairo Ojougboh, as devastating to all well meaning
Nigerians and the APC Family in particular.
Dr Cairo Ojougboh, a chieftain of the All Progressives
Congress (APC), in a statement made available by his Aide, Hon Barr O. S. Ogokuni, further described the
heartbreaking development as a painful calamity to the Itsekiris, Delta State
and the political class nationwide.
According to him,
"At a time Nigeria is in dire need of Committed Progressive
leaders, we have lost one of such hard-to-find human capital in Delta state.
Late Chief Adolor Okotie-Eboh as the son of Nigeria's First Republic
Finance Minister, Chief Festus Okotie-Eboh, was humility personified". Dr
Ojougboh condoled the Okotie-Eboh family and other well meaning Nigerians,
urging all to take solace in the fact that the committed late progressive,
Adolor, lived and stood for what he believed in.
