This Saturday, the who is who of the entertainment industry and grassroots politics would gather at the Josland Hotel in Ifako to watch the emergence of Miss Gbagada Queen. The pageant, Miss Gbagada Beauty Pageant International 2016 according to Jasanya Adetutu, the Head of De Avatar Communications, organizers of the pageant promises to surpassed the first edition with the winners, The Queen and the 1st runner up representing Bariga LCDA in an up coming beauty pageant.
Short listed for the pageant are 16 potential Queens, who are expected to be in camp by August 31st in readiness for the beauty pageant taking place on September 3rd. According to the Adetutu, the beauty pageant is conceived as an annual event to promote and empowered the Community youth.
Expected at the event as special guest are:His Royal Highness, Tipson Jagunmolu, Oba of Shomolu-Bariga, Otunba Gani Adams, Hon Akeem Omoyele Oris, Hon Solomon, Hon Abiru (wiseken). Other guests include Fred Amata, Yemi Solade, Yomi Fash, gbatami, Nobel Afrik, Gbenga Adeyinka the 1st GCFR with music provided by Dj Pumping. Also expected are Edris Abdulkareem, Mr. Ibu and Ruggedman.
