Some of the Recipients

Can I just have an idea of what the award is all about?
It is an award of recognition for women. Nominees are evaluated on their involvement and commitment to the community, which includes the scope and impact of their services to the society. Also, the leadership role, mentorship and effort dedicated to help advance others in the community. We also examined their accomplishment within their profession, industry, field/area of interest.

Why is the award feminalize, is that not being too feminist?
No not at all, I see women taking tremendous strides in their career and touching lives. I feel they should be celebrated, which will then create an avenue for women who are aiming for greatness to be mentored by these achievers. And give hope to the girl child to build confidence etc.

What industry are you looking at in this case?
All and any industry where women are players: Media, politics, theater art, music, entrepreneur, religion, educational, etc
