Club taken place at Beverly International Event Centre on Valentine's
day. The Director of the club, Mrs. Smith informed Commune Magazine
that the pageant is one of many events the club organized to promote
Bariga and launder the club's image. The pageant winner apart from
going to Dubia, she will serve as the club's ambassador.
"We came together with other entities with like minds, who are also
worried about the wrong perception people people have about Bariga."
She said the club is also using seminars and talks in her quest to
project Bariga in good light. Artists expected at the event include
Owen G, Kofi, Wonder Boy, MC Shakara and a host of other local
talents.
